1. Educational and record-keeping use only
Peptidly is a personal record-keeping and educational reference tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or dosing instructions. All content — including peptide profiles, medication-level estimates, AI-generated insights, and Pep Bot responses — is informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Not for emergencies
Do not use Peptidly for urgent or emergency medical situations. Call your local emergency number or visit an emergency room.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Peptidly.
4. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Premium features are available via an auto-renewing subscription. A 3-day free trial is offered on first purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account Settings.
5. Your content
Anything you log — entries, photos, notes — stays on your device (optionally synced to your private iCloud). You retain ownership. We claim no rights to your data.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use Peptidly to provide medical advice to anyone else.
- Use the app to source, purchase, or sell peptides or medications.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the app's source.
- Use the AI features to circumvent dose-refusal safeguards.
7. AI features
Meal scanner, AI correlations, and Pep Bot use third-party AI providers. Responses are statistically generated and may contain errors or omissions. Do not rely on them for decisions that affect your health.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Peptidly is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of information, or fitness for any specific purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptidly and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Peptidly's operator is based. Any dispute will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
